LIABILITY: While Silver Crown Company, dba Crown Las Vegas will attempt to adhere to time schedules specified by customers, they will not be liable for any damages from delays caused by acts of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, and hazard or dangerous incident to a state of war, accidents, storms and any other conditions beyond its control.
CANCELLATION: Crown Las Vegas require a 72 hours cancellation policy. Cancellation must be notified by email to reservations@crownlv.com. The cancellation fee shall be the entire deposit.
NO SHOW: If you do not see your driver, you must call 702-861-0006 so that we can direct you to the driver. If you leave without calling you will be billed for the full price of the ride.
DAMAGE TO VEHICLE: Crown Las Vegas will charge you the cost of cleaning the vehicle in a result of you or your authorized party getting sick in or damaging the vehicle. Cigarette burns: $600; Sickness in vehicle: $500; Broken/missing glasses: $10 each; NO SMOKING ALLOWED!
REFUSAL TO CARRY PERSONS: The driver shall have the right to refuse to carry any person who is intoxicated, unruly, or believed to be under the influence of narcotics.
LIABILITY REGARDING ARTICLES LEFT IN VEHICLE: Crown Las Vegas will not be held liable for articles or items left in vehicles.
CHILDREN-UNACCOMPANIED: No person under the age of 21 will be permitted to take part in service unless a parent or guardian accompanies the minors.
