Crown Las Vegas requires 72 hours cancellation notice. Cancellations must be submitted by email to reservations@crownlv.com. The cancellation fee is the entire deposit amount.

Yes, most party bus rentals have a minimum of 3 hours. Some vehicles may require a longer minimum on weekends and holidays. Contact us for details.

Yes, all of our vehicles come with a professional, licensed, and uniformed chauffeur. Their gratuity is not included in the rental price and is greatly appreciated.

Guests 21 and older are permitted to bring and consume alcohol on our party buses in accordance with Nevada state law. We provide ice but do not supply alcohol. No one under 21 may consume alcohol.

While breakdowns are extremely rare, we have a fleet of backup vehicles available to ensure your event goes smoothly. We carry comprehensive breakdown insurance and have 24/7 roadside support.

No persons under 21 may take part in service unless accompanied by a parent/guardian or other responsible adult over 21. Minors 15+ may travel without an adult with a signed parent consent form.

Our fleet ranges from 3-passenger sedans to 56-passenger coach buses. Our most popular party buses seat 18, 30, 40, and 50 passengers. Browse our fleet page for details.
